Hector Ayala is the original White Tiger, a Marvel Comics superhero. He first appeared in Deadly Hands of Kung Fu #19 (December 1975).
Ayala gained his powers by discovering the mystical Tiger Amulets. Wearing all three amulets granted him superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, and reflexes. He also became a skilled martial artist.
As White Tiger, Ayala fought crime, often teaming up with heroes like Spider-Man and Daredevil. He faced villains such as the Corporation and Gideon Mace.
Tragically, Ayala's superhero career was cut short. He was wrongly accused of murder and, despite being exonerated, was later killed by a member of the Corporation. Though his time as White Tiger was brief, he paved the way for others to inherit the mantle.
